Wild For You Valentine's Party

This party was a lot of fun to style! When I found the cutest Zebra Party Supplies from Oriental Trading, I knew I wanted to style a Wild For You Valentine's party!
Their Zebra Party Supplies match perfectly with their Wild For You Valentine's Supplies.
To make the backdrop, I covered 2 foam boards with a black cloth and added the Zebra Paper fans using safety pins. I also hot glued the Glittered Hearts to the fans  to add a pop of color contrasting with the black cloth.
Yummy and easy ideas for sweets to serve are mini donuts, heart cookies, cupcakes, popcorn, Chocolate Covered Heart Pretzels and Little Debbie Zebra cakes.
To make the cupcake toppers, I glued the Zebra Confetti and Heart Glitter Shapes together on a toothpick.
To keep with the wild theme, I served the popcorn in this cute Valentines Popcorn Box and sweet favors like Chocolate Lips, Heart Shape Pops and Zebra Print Buttermints were tucked inside Mini Treat Boxes.
I used the Zebra party supplies that included plates, napkins and cups and Heart Chalkboard Stickers as place cards on our table setting.
To add a Valentines feel to the table, I added the Wild About You Paddleball Games , Wild For You Favor Bags and a mix of Heart Confetti and  Zebra Confetti
Another cute favor that goes with the Wild For You theme are the Heart Pendants Necklaces. So cute!
I am a true believer that having a Craft Station at a party is a must! Guests can make adorable bracelets using Heart Beads and Animal Print beads.
And don't forget to add some Heart Balloons to your Wild For You Party!! :)
Hope these ideas help you plan a sweet and wild Valentine's Party!

Sweet Valentine's Party Ideas

I fell in love with Dimple Prints FREE Valentine's Printables and I just knew I had to use the set for this shoot! I really like the red, pink and gray combination!
For this shoot, I used my daughter's desk for the sweet table but you can use any other table and still recreate this look.  For the backdrop, I used a foam board wrapped in the Pink Polka Dot Gif Wrap, added the LOVE banner to the center and glued the Light Pink Paper Fans around it.
Some easy and yummy treat ideas for a sweet Valentines are  Marshmallow Heart Pops, Popcorn, and Cake Pops. As for candy, I did a mix of Light Pink Candy and Red Candy.
I love the way that the Silver Popcorn Boxes got dressed up by using Light Pink Polka Dot  Ribbon embellished with the FREE Valentines Topper Tags.
Even the Light Pink and Red Rock Candy  got fancy by adding Heart Food Picks and Silver Polka Dots Ribbons to them!
I made the cake pops and decorated them using Mini Hearts Icing Decorations and Mini Heart Sprinkles.
As for favors, a good treat is the Mini Gumballs. They already come inside their own clear plastic cylinder and all you have to do is add a tag and ribbon!
Party City has a great selection of mini glasses from their Mini Tasting Party Collection. For this shoot, I used their Mini Pitchers for the drinks. And of course, they also got a makeover! I added pink mini boa, tags, cute straws and flags!
Another cute favor for girls are Charm Bracelets inside this adorable Paper Lantern Favor Box. They can be used to decorate your table as well!
Other ideas for favors or photo props are Boas, Ponytail Headbands and Body Jewelery.
I took advantage of the beautiful Arizona weather and did the table setting outdoors. I love using Balloons to bring a festive look to a party!  I added Silver, Light Pink and Red Heart Balloons on and around the table. I also added some pink and white paper lanterns to complete the look.

I made the centerpieces using Heart Cutouts glued to Bamboo Skewers and placed them inside a glass vase filled with Pink and Red Gumballs.
Heart Shape Sandwiches and Strawberries Hearts are good choices for a healthy snack.
Have a Valentines Craft Station with Crayons, Valentines Stickers and Heart Foam Shapes for your guests to create their own Valentines cards for their family and friends.

End of the Season Soccer Party

To celebrate another awesome Soccer Season, we  hosted a  party for the "Pink Panthers" players! The girls enjoyed pizza, cupcakes, popcorn, trail mix, fresh fruit and vegetables.
Flavia from Fête à Fête, designed the cutest printable to match the girls soccer jerseys. The printable comes with food labels, banner, cupcake toppers that I used to embellish the popcorn boxes and favors, cupcake wrappers, bottle wrappers, popcorn boxes and soccer cut outs like soccer balls, jersey, whistles and cleats.  Oriental Trading has tons of soccer favors which made it hard to choose! I coordinated all the paper tableware(blue and pink) with the team jersey.

Girl Scouts Italian Night - Simple Meals Badge

Recently my Junior troop worked on their Simple Meals badge. They learned how to make healthy snacks, desserts and a main meal. Throughout the meetings, girls collected their recipes and made their own Simple Meals cookbook to take home. The last step to earn the badge was to cook a meal for their families. The girls decided to host an Italian Night to celebrate their new skill! They served a complete dinner that included appetizers, green salad, Baked Ziti and dessert.
I found the prefect Italian Party Printable from Casos e Coisa da Bonfa and party supplies on Oriental Trading web site.
The desserts were simple since we had to concentrate on the main dish! We served no bake cheesecakes, mustache chocolate pops, store bought mini cheesecakes, bonbons and chocolate covered strawberries.
The girls created unique centerpieces using a variety of pastas.
Each girl scout received their own Chef's Hat favor made by Crafts by Rosa with all the badges they have earned until this dinner.
While our guests were waiting for their dinner to be ready, they nibbled on bread sticks, olives, dinner roll/butter and garlic bread.
The girls were busy cooking, setting up and decorating our "La Dolce Italia Restaurant"

The girls welcomed their parents at the front door where they posed for a family photo before entering the "restaurant".
The parents enjoyed their dinner cooked and served by their daughters! It was a success!!
The girls were so proud of their accomplishment!
